Nice but Overpriced.
Positive: All was amazing. The atmosphere and the apartment. Really cosy.
But Something that needs improvement is:
-communication, there is no one to help you in case you need something you need to write 10 times to get a reply after 1-2 days this is really pity (the maintenance team they suggest us??? Was no telephone number online)
-INTERNET!!!! This is huge problem! It was saying clearly that we have internet (I sent them also screenshot) and we saw on wlan settings from our phones that they had internet but they didn’t provide us the code (the TV also had internet ;) !! )
-Hygiene. The toilet paper was used from the previous renters. This is really unhygienic.
There was no sponge to wash the dishes, or a paper towel to clean the kitchen -at least.
-they don’t have luggage rooms and if you want the over over overcharge you for some hours.
-early check in or late check out is not possible even with extra payment (we saw online that the apartment was empty and they didn’t accept our early check In and we were waiting unfortunately from 8:00 AM to 17;00 PM for the check in. I think it’s to much the check out at 11;00 and check in at 17:00. I mean 6 hours for a cleaning??? When the renters are taking their trash and clean up a little bit the apartment? I don’t know as I travel a lot all over the world I never saw a check in so so late. Max I saw it was 15:00 even in a villas with 300m2.
-all the instructions for all the things in the house are in finish. Why not in English? We had to translate everything (even the messages in the beginning in booking.com were in finish).
-extra cost for the towels & linen. We found this too much. I never saw an apartment not providing in the price the towels & linens. I think that in general they wasn’t to earn money from everywhere in Levi. For everything you need there you have to pay to much extra.
-Overpriced. Almost 2.000€ for 4 nights is insane.

Positive: Very nice and quiet. Good facilities. Comfy beds and sofa. It has a very modern feel
Negative: Some things we could have used: cutting board in the kitchen, more than one kitchen towel, and more dish washing tabs.
