Holiday in Lapland - Villa Quality 2

Nice location, a lot of potential but thats about it Positive: The location. Amazing place. Close to everything you need but also secluded that you feel privacy. The road was always cleaned of the excess snow and the complex has its own private lake :) Negative: So many things are advertised as available without actually being available. In our case these were: 1. Crib (it was advertised as available for free, but then they asked us to pay 50 euro for it, when we refused and took the matter to booking, then they brought the crib for free but it was a lot of back and forth) 2. WiFi. ( In our case, they would refuse to respond to our inquiries about the wifi password and name for days and admitted towards the end of our stay that there is indeed no wifi) 3. Sauna and common places. (These are actually available but only if you magically know which Sauna outside is for your use + you can find the key on your own inside the house + you know how to use a sauna. There is no booklet inside and when you ask questions, it takes days already for them to answer). All in all, it is a place with a lot of potential but we were unlucky and the services we received were half way through. Even to take care of their place by recycling the garbage correctly, i had to message and chase them.. come on..
