Good small studio apartment with central location Positive: Apartment was well equipped and clean. Easy location for anyone travelling without own car because the bus stop, shops and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walking distance. Good wifi for remote working. Easy access to the building after you receive the code to the lock box where the keys are stored. Negative: I've visited Äkäslompolo before so I knew that the building is literally located in the middle of a parking lot with no views to mention, but it might come as a surprise to someone visiting for the 1st time and looking for peace and quiet in authentic Lappish surroundings. Check-out time is early and there's no luggage storaging facilities on site. On Booking.com the apartment was described as One bedroom apartment, but there's no separate bedroom, it's a studio where everything is in the same room (photos on booking.com are accurate).
