Positive: Kompakti, uusii huoneisto keskeisellä sijainnilla. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Hyvä sänky ja tyyny sekä sauna. Taloyhtiössä tilat pyörien, suksien jne. Huoltoon.
Negative: Huoneisto on "päätien" varrella, äänet kulkeutuu huoneeseen selkeästi, ainakin, kun huoneisto sijaitsi tien puolella.
