Positive: Asunto uusi ja siisti. Sijainti erinomainen. Pyöräreitit, ladut ja kylän keskusta lähellä. Pyörävarasto/-pesupaikka huippuhyvä. Sauna/pesuhuone erinomainen.
Negative: Taloyhtiön parkkipaikat lämmitystolpilla mitoitettu pikkuautoille. Jos asunnon osoitetulla parkkipaikalla esim maastoautoja rinnakkain, niin autosta ei pääse ulos tai auto pidettävä muualla.
